The McDonald Series wines are an expression of both their fruit and the vision of their namesake winemaker. Hand harvested and gently whole bunch pressed to craft a finely textured, complex and age-worthy style of Sauvignon Blanc. Vibrant flavours of quince, nectarine, pink grapefruit and elderflower are complimented by a flinty minerality, notes of roasted cashew nut and a subtle creaminess derived from wild fermentation and lees aging in French oak.

Grown on the gravel soils of Hawke's Bay's warmest sub-regions, this is a supple fragrant Merlot dominant blend. A core of rich plum and berry fruit is enhanced by lifted floral nots, hints of thyme and subtle earthy undertones. Oak maturation has delivered increased depth and complex of cedar, spice and cacao.

Pear drop and nectarine aromas are heightened by lifted ginger spice, rose and honeysuckle notes, while the palate is rich and long with a medium dry finish. Church Road Syrah expressed the warm climate of Hawke's Bay perfectly with ripe plum, cherry and hints of spice. Complexity from it's time in Oak Barrels offers this wine profound texture, body and finesse. Suitable for any occasion and paired with red meats, pastas or to have with your next convivial moment shared with friends or family.

A core of fruit suggestive of citrus, citrus blossom, white peach, and fresh fig provides the base that carries layers of savoury complexity including toasted hazelnut or cashew, brioche and driftwood smoke. On the palate, notes of roasted hazelnut, nougat and toasted brioche, along with a wisp of woodsmoke and struck flint, combine to bring a serious savoury element to the wine.

A blend of Corsican varieties Sciaccarello and Nielluccio and a splash of Grenache that makes a lovely pale, crisp and bone-dry alternative to Provence rosé. Bright aromas and flavours of pink grapefruit, nectarine, fresh herbs and violets on a lightly spiced palate of refreshing low alcohol.

Fresh, fizzy and fruity, with flavours reminiscent of apple and pear. It has a sweet scent and a soft touch in the mouth and as such, it is perfect as an aperitivo, or for blending in cocktails such as the Aperol Spritz.

Dark, rich aromas of plum & dark fruits finish with a rich, round palate containing fine grained tannins.
