A core of dark fruit, overlaid with classic Hawkes Bay Syrah floral perfume and exotic warm spice, while subtle oak brings extra complexity and texture, combined with a splash of Viognier and Malbec to aid and enhance the floral complexity and add a twist on Hawkes Bay Syrah. On the palate the wine is medium bodied with an impression of sweet fruit and long finish driven by silky tannins and texture. Well matched to a wide range of game and red meat dishes.

Bright, aromatic with vibrant floral aromas of violet, cherries and spice. The fresh palate of ripe red berries coupled with black cherry and olive, soft tannins that have a seam of toasted spice make this a moreish wine.

A rich and deep purple Shiraz with a perfect blend of luscious blackberries, damson plums and cherries with a hint of savoury spice. Just divine with a French inspired dish like Beef Bourguignon.

Spicy at first with leather notes. It develops blackcurrant and toasted aromas. Full bodied, smooth tannins, a crisp acidity.

Aged in French barrels for 12 months creating a soft earthy nose with blackcurrent aromas developing nicely. Ingratiate yourself with sweet varietal fruit and a lingering dark chocolate promise.

Gravel Track pays tribute to the long gravel and limestone track that winds its way through Barossa Valley Wine Company's historic 60-year-old Farms vineyard. This wine shows vibrant plum and blackberry characters on the nose with hints of chocolate and earthiness flow through to a rich, bold palate packed with dark fruit flavours. Juicy and fruit driven, powerful yet elegant and with hints of black pepper spice through the mid-palate lead to a rich, velvety tannin finish.
