The aromas of fresh and crisp fruit give the wine a juicy side, all well chiselled by an already well-integrated woodiness. As is often the case at Château des Laurets, the small, spicy notes on the finish perfectly enhance the lovely tension of the overall. This is a lovely wine of brightness, lifted fruit and plenty of drive but finishing savoury and long.

Aged in oak this wine is fruity and spicey on the nose with a well structured palate rich in tannins.

Very fruity, reminiscent of ripe red and black fruit. Pleasant sensation in the mouth. Long, markedly fruity aftertaste. It matches very well with ham tapas, Spanish potato omelette.
