The grapes were selected from premium vineyards in the Waihopai and Wairau Valleys to provide a complex base that gives the sensory experience of layers of complexity. Stainless steel fermentation using aromatic yeasts retains varietal character while a short period of lees contact and a small portion fermented in oak barrels contributes texture and roundness.

This smooth wine features strong, ripe flavours of melons and limes, moderate acidity and a rounded, rich finish - great drinkability and well regarded all over the world.

This Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from vineyards throughout Marlborough's Wairau Valley. A range of carefully selected aromatic and texture enhancing yeasts were used during fermentation. Parcels of wine were tasted and blended with precision to create a delicious Sauvignon Blanc which showcases classic Marlborough character.

Pale straw in colour, this sauvignon blanc has a complex nose of paw paw, passionfruit, pineapple and a touch of cut grass and crushed herbs. The juicy palate is packed full of tropical fruits and lime zest with a hint of sweet pea and crunchy red capsicum. Good balance and refreshing acidity complete this expressive wine.

Our sauvignon blanc offers a refreshing tropical fruit profile with aromas of passionfruit, guava and lemongrass. Flavours on the palate mimic the bouquet with a crisp acidity and typical marlborough minerality.

On the nose, the wine exhibits fragrant elderflower, grapefruit, basil and passionfruit notes with richer underlying stone fruit characters. This is complimented by subtle oak bringing and underlying creamy / vanilla richness. On the palate the wine is full, finely textured and persistent with a slightly dry, flinty edge.

Hand harvested and gently whole bunch pressed to craft a finely textured, complex and age-worthy style of Sauvignon Blanc. Vibrant flavours of quince, nectarine, pink grapefruit and elderflower are complimented by a flinty minerality, notes of roasted cashew nut and a subtle creaminess derived from wild fermentation and lees aging in French oak.
