Earthsong Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is intense & tropical with a briny tang. Sourced from a single, regeneratively farmed vineyard in the renowned Dillon's Point area of the lower Wairau. The vineyard is not tilled, extensive cover crops are used, and sheep are run in the vineyard over winter to provide nutrients. During the growing season, the vines are shoot-thinned to provide ideal fruit exposure and ripeness. Proximity to the ocean provides perfect nighttime cooling which helps to preserve the crisp acids and brininess. Fruit is the star of the show here, so this allows for relatively simple winemaking. The fruit is tank-fermented and matured on fine lees for 11 months, until bottling. Unlike many Sauvignons, fining is done with bentonite and as such, the wine is vegan-friendly.

Tropically scented but with layers of sweet capsicum and floral lime zest rising from the glass initially. This is well backed up by a vibrant, zingy fresh palate with deceptive power and concentration. There is a creaminess to the palate from time on lees that adds a textural dimension, which is in great balance with the driving tropical fruit.

A complex well layered wine displaying fresh citrus, grapefruit and white pepper. The crisp acidity carries through to the pallet.

Homer Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh and vibrant expression of the varietal, bursting with lively fruit character and crisp refreshment. Aromas of white stone fruit, feijoa, crunchy green apple and lemon zest leap from the glass, while the palate delivers juicy nectarine, rock melon and citrus flavours balanced by bright acidity and fine texture. Zesty, expressive and beautifully refreshing, it finishes long and clean with an irresistible lift.

Fragrant notes of passionfruit, ruby red grapefruit and white peach jump out of the glass, followed by hints of lemongrass and thyme. This in-your-face drop captures the essence of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Concentrated citrusy notes of lime zest, passionfruit and white peach combine with a lick of wet stones. The palate is dry and gives way to a lip-smacking, mouth-watering finish.

Estate-grown in the lower Awatere Valley, this punchy, partly barrel-fermented wine is fresh and weighty, with good intensity of ripe, tropical fruit flavours, a touch of complexity, and a dry, appetisingly crisp finish. Organically Grown - vineyards certified by Bio-gro. Vegan Friendly.

Crisp and clean this is our most successful vintage of Sauvignon blanc and is perfectly suited to the local Te Matuku Oysters which are farmed close to Man O' War, or similarly the abundant seafood that thrive in the surrounding coastal waters.
