Pale straw in colour, this Sauvignon Blanc has a complex nose of paw paw, passionfruit, pineapple and a touch of cut grass and crushed herbs. The juicy palate is packed full of tropical fruits and lime zest with a hint of sweet pea and crunchy red capsicum. Good balance and refreshing acidity complete this expressive wine. With bright crimson hues, this delicious Syrah is bursting with blue fruits, plum, violets, and spice. There's a lovely earthiness on the palate with notes of raspberry, florals and just a touch of black pepper coming through. Plush tannins and a robust mouthfeel round off the finish. Crafted in Spain's Campo de Borja region, Coto de Hayas Roble is a vibrant blend of Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from mature vineyards. Aged for four months in new American oak barrels, it displays a deep cherry-red colour with violet hues and enticing aromas of ripe fruit and subtle spice. Smooth and well-structured on the palate, rich tannins and a long, satisfying finish make this an approachable yet characterful red, ideal alongside pasta, white meats, and aged cheeses.

Very fruity, reminiscent of ripe red and black fruit. Pleasant sensation in the mouth. Long, markedly fruity aftertaste. It matches very well with ham tapas, Spanish potato omelette. It can also be combined with rabas (fried squid) and fried fish.
