Crafted in Spain's Campo de Borja region, Coto de Hayas Roble is a vibrant blend of Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from mature vineyards. Aged for four months in new American oak barrels, it displays a deep cherry-red colour with violet hues and enticing aromas of ripe fruit and subtle spice. Smooth and well-structured on the palate, rich tannins and a long, satisfying finish make this an approachable yet characterful red, ideal alongside pasta, white meats, and aged cheeses.

Notes of very ripe red fruits (strawberry) and black fruits (black plum). In the background there is a hint of violet on the mouth, young and cheerful. Very fruity, reminiscent of ripe red and black fruit. Pleasant sensation in the mouth. Long, markedly fruity aftertaste. It matches very well with ham tapas, Spanish potato omelette. It can also be combined with rabas (fried squid) and fried fish.

Deep garnet red with a ruby rim. On the nose, notes of very ripe fruit - plum, figs and fruit compote - stand out. All enveloped in notes of vanilla, caramel, black pepper and smoke. A well-structured wine, with ripe, sweet tannins on the palate.
