Boatshed Bay Rosé has a pale blush pink appearance. On the nose there are aromas of strawberries and melon with touch of floral. The palate has lifted strawberry and melon notes that hang off a creamy mid palate, giving the wine generosity and fullness. Our sauvignon blanc offers a refreshing tropical fruit profile with aromas of passionfruit, guava and lemongrass. Flavours on the palate mimic the bouquet with a crisp acidity and typical marlborough minerality.

Aged in oak this wine is fruity and spicey on the nose with a well structured palate rich in tannins.

Clean, bright with a medium robe. A Nice ruby red colour with blue glints on the rims that denote its youth. On the nose, intense with an aromatic sensation of sweet fruit. Notes of very ripe red fruits (strawberry) and black fruits (black plum). In the background there is a hint of violet on the mouth, young and cheerful. Very fruity, reminiscent of ripe red and black fruit. Pleasant sensation in the mouth. Long, markedly fruity aftertaste. It matches very well with ham tapas, Spanish potato omelette. It can also be combined with rabas (fried squid) and fried fish.

Clean, bright, cherry red colour developing to maroon. Pleasant on the nose, ripe red fruits touch. Balanced, elegant, fresh and fruity. Medium finish. Match with any kind of meat. Perfect with grilled or fried potatoes, mushrooms or ham. Some oily fish such as tuna or cod. Goes well with a medium-aged cheese and berry dessert.

Deep garnet red with a ruby rim. On the nose, notes of very ripe fruit - plum, figs and fruit compote - stand out. All enveloped in notes of vanilla, caramel, black pepper and smoke. A well-structured wine, with ripe, sweet tannins on the palate.

Clean, bright with a medium deep ruby rim. Good aromatic strength, markedly fruity with ripe berries. A pleasant finish showing notes of ripe fruit.

The grapes are picked at their peak ripeness and followed by cold maceration and temperature-controlled fermentation in French and American oak, and aged in the cask for 9 months. This wine is deep violet in colour and requires being aerated, so decanting is always recommended. As the wine begins to breathe, it releases notes of minerals, ripe black fruit and white pepper, which combines with soft, pleasant tannins.
