A luscious combination of three majestic grape varieties perfected in true Barossa style. Vibrant red berry fruits, fragrant spices and delicate floral aromas on a smooth, silky texture.

Lifted aromas of blackberry, bramble and tobacco leaf on the nose, with generous amounts of aniseed spice, hints of fennel and mint slice biscuits. Black fruit and sice follow through onto a generous and soft palate, with fine Cabernet tannins on the finish.

Lifted aromas of red cherry and raspberry are complemented by clove and lavender on the nose.

Gravel Track pays tribute to the long gravel and limestone track that winds its way through Barossa Valley Wine Company's historic 60-year-old Farms vineyard. This wine shows vibrant plum and blackberry characters on the nose with hints of chocolate and earthiness flow through to a rich, bold palate packed with dark fruit flavours. Juicy and fruit driven, powerful yet elegant and with hints of black pepper spice through the mid-palate lead to a rich, velvety tannin finish.

Aromatic nose mixing seductive pear and apricot aromas with delicate mineral notes. Fresh and lively on the palate, with a nice mineral finish. This cuvee honours King Louis IX, also called Saint Louis, who contributed to the development of France's greatest wine-producing regions during his reign.

Fruit sourced from Australia brings to this wine delicacy and minerality. Each parcel of Pinot Gris is harvested at optimal ripeness, the subtle residual sweetness and time on lees add weight to this wine. Pair this Pinot Gris with a Thai green chicken curry, or good old-fashioned roast pork.

This Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from vineyards throughout Marlborough's Wairau Valley. A range of carefully selected aromatic and texture enhancing yeasts were used during fermentation. Parcels of wine were tasted and blended with precision to create a delicious Sauvignon Blanc which showcases classic Marlborough character.

Our 2017 Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards yielded the unique fruit and spice nuances that we wanted to capture and express. Thus, individual lots were fermented and oak aged separately until we blended the following spring. One month before bottling a touch of Petite Sirah port, of which we craft only a few barrels, was added to drive the mouth coating depth and fullness of the wine.

Effortlessly drinkable and full of energy, it's made for lively tables and food that's as fun as the moment.

A lifted and expressive nose of red and dark-berried fruit, autumn leaves and brown spice such as clove and nutmeg wrapped pulled together by fine oak. The palate is medium bodied and shows delicious berries, spice and fine but firming tannin structure. This is a lovely wine of brightness, lifted fruit and plenty of drive but finishing savoury and long.

Coteaux Varois en Provence - Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah. This premium Provence rosé is beautifully salmon-coloured, which denotes its light yet complex flavours. The nose has significant depth with intriguing notes of peaches and redcurrant, with a long and balanced finish. This wine is a perfect companion to summer al-fresco dining. It is the ideal partner to for salads, summer barbecues and fresh fruits.

Bijou Terre de Providence has a delicate pale pink colour. Our rosé offers delicious flavour and aromas of bright berry fruit, floral honeysuckle and citrus notes. The palate is light and fresh while full-flavoured. There is crisp refreshing acidity that leads to a long delicate finish. Perfect as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to Mediterranean cuisine such as salads and seafood, especially shellfish.
