Gravel Track pays tribute to the long gravel and limestone track that winds its way through Barossa Valley Wine Company's historic 60-year-old Farms vineyard. This wine shows vibrant plum and blackberry characters on the nose with hints of chocolate and earthiness flow through to a rich, bold palate packed with dark fruit flavours. Juicy and fruit driven, powerful yet elegant and with hints of black pepper spice through the mid-palate lead to a rich, velvety tannin finish.

The soil of this appellation is composed of clay and limestone and benefits from an oceanic and temperate climate. Limited yields, hand tending, careful selection and minimal interference during the natural ripening of the grapes. The nose is rich and develops intense aromas of black fruits (plum, cherry, blackberry) with spicy notes (cinnamon, pepper). Fruity and delicious on the palate, the tannins are supple with a long finish. Ideal with red meats, dishes in sauce and cheese.

Aromatic nose mixing seductive pear and apricot aromas with delicate mineral notes. Fresh and lively on the palate, with a nice mineral finish. This cuvee honours King Louis IX, also called Saint Louis, who contributed to the development of France's greatest wine-producing regions during his reign.

This Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from vineyards throughout Marlborough's Wairau Valley. A range of carefully selected aromatic and texture enhancing yeasts were used during fermentation. Parcels of wine were tasted and blended with precision to create a delicious Sauvignon Blanc which showcases classic Marlborough character.

Our 2017 Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards yielded the unique fruit and spice nuances that we wanted to capture and express. Thus, individual lots were fermented and oak aged separately until we blended the following spring. One month before bottling a touch of Petite Sirah port, of which we craft only a few barrels, was added to drive the mouth coating depth and fullness of the wine.

Effortlessly drinkable and full of energy, it's made for lively tables and food that's as fun as the moment.

A lifted and expressive nose of red and dark-berried fruit, autumn leaves and brown spice such as clove and nutmeg wrapped pulled together by fine oak. The palate is medium bodied and shows delicious berries, spice and fine but firming tannin structure. This is a lovely wine of brightness, lifted fruit and plenty of drive but finishing savoury and long.

An organic tribute to Provence. A blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah from the best certified organic sites in AOP Coteaux Varois en Provence. The bottle's punt is engraved with a star, serving as a beautiful and unique keepsake.

Bijou Terre de Providence has a delicate pale pink colour. Our rosé offers delicious flavour and aromas of bright berry fruit, floral honeysuckle and citrus notes. The palate is light and fresh while full-flavoured. There is crisp refreshing acidity that leads to a long delicate finish. Perfect as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to Mediterranean cuisine such as salads and seafood, especially shellfish.

By Josh Scott Natural is winemaking in its rawest form: wines are dry farmed, with no herbicides or pesticides used during the growing process and no finning or filtration in the making. Gravity and time help with clarification of the wines. This Rose is dry with notes of strawberries and pear - a very quaffable wine.

Aromas of blackberry, ripe plum and cassis lift from the glass, layered with subtle smoky oak spice. The palate is youthful and plush, showing ripe, rounded fruit, fine tannin texture and a gentle line of soft acidity. Utterly moreish, it draws you straight back for another sip.

A deep brick colour is matched by a lifted and aromatic nose, densely packed with aromas of dark fruits, sweet smoked spice and cigar-box notes. The palate is supple and medium to full bodied, filling the mouth with blue fruits and boysenberries flavours highlighted by notes of savoury forest undergrowth and subtle spicy oak, all wrapped in fine tannins.
