A proprietary estate red blend sourced mainly from the warm, inland soils of Bridge Pa Triangle and Gimblett Gravels. Wonderfully fruited and elegantly complex, the bouquet shows blackcurrant, sweet cherry, cedar, thyme and warm spice aromas, leading to a gorgeously flavoursome palate offering succulent fruit intensity together with silky texture and fine-grained tannins. A blend of fruit from some of Quarisa's key vineyards in South Australia. Enchanted Tree Shiraz is a medium to full bodied, rich, dark fruited style. The kind of Shiraz that the guy's become famous for!

This is a fresh and elegant style of Pinot Gris with aromas and flavours of pear, red apple, citrus and baking spices. Time on lees has built gentle texture and added complexity to this wine. A hint of residual sugar balances the acidity, it finishes dry with good persistence.

The cuvée Estandon X is in an elegant bottle with beautiful shoulders; the X shows the strong letter of the Coteaux d'Aix en Provence appellation. The rosé appears by transparency through this symbolic letter. Estandon X comes from the best terroir of the AOP Coteaux d'Aix en Provence which gives to their rosé wine a beautiful pale colour with frank nuances, and fruity notes of peach and citrus.
