De Bortoli Prosecco is easy to drink, lively and fun. Great on its own or shared with food. Pale with green hues, fruit-driven with hints of green apple and wisteria. 'De la terre'; literally 'of the earth' is a reference to both the vineyard soils and the earth brick construction used for the winery and cellar door. De La Terre's winemaking methods are largely traditional with emphasis on minimal handling to retain the integrity and concentration of fruit. Food and wine matching is a particular focus; the wine style is designed to provide elegant wines to accompany food.

This is a great wine to pair with all types of food, but look towards Ottolenghi-esque fare to complement all the pomegranate and spice. Black tea leaf and pink rose petals move then into smoky notes and sweet cherry, candy cola. The palate is generous and easy drinking with a smooth mid palate and a sprinkle of pepper.

Made from organically grown merlot, this is a winner for afternoons in the sun with aromas of orange blossom, crushed wild thyme, and ripe berries. A seamless transition to the palate with a slightly chalky texture, the tang of a fresh raspberry, and a long mineral finish. You can't go wrong with this moreish number.

This wine has been made from grapes grown on the slopes of the Pont du Gard, on limestone-clay soils formed in the Villafranchian stage. 100% Viognier. An intense, bright colour, with a golden hue. The specific aromas of the grape variety are to the fore, with apricots, peaches, exotic fruit and preserved citrus fruit. The palate is both smooth and fresh, finishing on hints of dried fruit.
