A beautifully structured wine with flavours reminiscent of limes and nettle flowers with hints of green melon wrapped around a delicious acidity and natural fruit ripeness.

On the nose, nashi pear and white blossom greet you with supporting notes of citrus and candied ginger. On the palate, the wine is concentrated and poised with bright flavours of pear and lychee. A full bodied luscious palate with a juicy acidity carries through the palate giving the wine great drinkability and pairing with a variety of spicier dishes.

Marlborough is a special place for wine. Perhaps it's the cloudless skies or mild temperatures or well-drained soils. It could be the long growing season or their sustainably-farmed vineyards. Whatever the reason, the result is wines that are marked by piercingly vibrant fruit flavours and lively acidity. Scents of mango, lime and passionfruit introduce this Sauvignon Blanc. A weighty, tropical palate is in perfect harmony with the crisp, acidic finish Marlborough is known for.

Darren De Bortoli created Noble One at our family winery in 1982, to this day it is still one of the most awarded wines in history.

The Giunta Pinot Gris is certified organic wine from the Nelson region. Pale yellow in colour with some depth, a little lighter on the rim. Rich pears and crisp peach on the nose with hints of spice, toffee and light florals. The palate is rich on the approach with luscious quince pie and a bit of cooked apple. The mid palate is textural with a touch of grainy spice and the finish is perky and fresh.

This wine has been made from grapes grown on the slopes of the Pont du Gard, on limestone-clay soils formed in the Villafranchian stage. 100% Viognier. An intense, bright colour, with a golden hue. The specific aromas of the grape variety are to the fore, with apricots, peaches, exotic fruit and preserved citrus fruit. The palate is both smooth and fresh, finishing on hints of dried fruit.

A pure, bright and youthful citrus driven chardonnay with complex smoky, flint, toast and biscuit notes derived from extended barrel aging on full solids. The palate is focussed and restrained which unfurls on the finish and exposes the intense citrus core with underlying cashew, nutty flavours.

This wine has a bouquet of strawberries and white flowers with hints of vanilla. It has the harmony and elegance that has earned world-wide appreciation of the rosés of Provence.

The Chablis 1er Cru Mont de Milieu is a powerful, rich, and rounded mineral wine. Brilliant yellow colour. Elegant and complex nose. The aromas are reminiscent of citrus as well as white flowers. The wine is harmonious on the palate and develops a nice structure.

Along the Marlborough shore, holding fast to the rocks at low tide, is the seaweed Durvillea, named after the captain of the Astrolabe, Dumont d'Urville. This wine is a classic varietal expression of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc blended from across the region. In the glass find aromas of gooseberries, white and black currants, lime peel and grapefruit. A medium-bodied palate with lime, gooseberry and citrus flavours, minerally texture and a long crisp finish. Match with leafy summer salads, fresh oysters and seafood of all types.
