BY.OTT is an elegant extension to the Domaines Ott range, and a truly Provençal wine with conviviality and friendship at its heart. A delicate peach-coloured robe, shining and radiant. The nose, highly expressive with notes of nectarine and rose, evolves towards pomegranate with a hint of fresh almond. Full-bodied, the palate balances between luscious aromas of yellow fruits and the tang of grapefruit, leading to a lively finish carried by citrus zest. The wine offers a pleasant length. The Chablis 1er Cru Mont de Milieu is a powerful, rich, and rounded mineral wine. Brilliant yellow colour. Elegant and complex nose. The aromas are reminiscent of citrus as well as white flowers. The wine is harmonious on the palate and develops a nice structure.

Along the Marlborough shore, holding fast to the rocks at low tide, is the seaweed Durvillea, named after the captain of the Astrolabe, Dumont d'Urville. This wine is a classic varietal expression of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc blended from across the region. In the glass find aromas of gooseberries, white and black currants, lime peel and grapefruit. A medium-bodied palate with lime, gooseberry and citrus flavours, minerally texture and a long crisp finish. Match with leafy summer salads, fresh oysters and seafood of all types.

Earthsong Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is intense & tropical with a briny tang. Sourced from a single, regeneratively farmed vineyard in the renowned Dillon's Point area of the lower Wairau. The vineyard is not tilled, extensive cover crops are used, and sheep are run in the vineyard over winter to provide nutrients. During the growing season, the vines are shoot-thinned to provide ideal fruit exposure and ripeness. Proximity to the ocean provides perfect nighttime cooling which helps to preserve the crisp acids and brininess. Fruit is the star of the show here, so this allows for relatively simple winemaking. The fruit is tank-fermented and matured on fine lees for 11 months, until bottling. Unlike many Sauvignons, fining is done with bentonite and as such, the wine is vegan-friendly.

Aged in tank on lees without oak. A juicy and gently fruity wine made from a blend of red varieties offering soft red berry and plum flavours, with just a touch of natural sweetness. The perfect pizza or platter wine.

This is a medium bodied and elegant Hawke's Bay Chardonnay. Its flavour profile is a mix of stonefruit, grilled nuts, grapefruit and yeasty nuances. It is both complex and delicious.

This is a fresh and elegant style of Pinot Gris with aromas and flavours of pear, red apple, citrus and baking spices. Time on lees has built gentle texture and added complexity to this wine. A hint of residual sugar balances the acidity, it finishes dry with good persistence.
