Obsidian Estate Rosé 750ml

The fruit was de-stemmed before being gently pressed to stainless tanks. The juice was settled, inoculated with aromatic yeast and then fermented cold to preserve and enhance aromatics. At the end of fermentation the wine was stabilized, fined and bottled while still young and fresh. Bright fruity aromas of strawberries and apple sherbet. The palate has juicy acidity, contributing to the citrus flavours. The wine is balanced with fruit sweetness for a fresh and lively finish.
