The Nga Pari estate is run in a collaborative manner, working with the local community to ensure the vines are in premium condition and with the assistance of local winemaker Jon McNabb. The fruit was de-stemmed before being gently pressed to stainless tanks. The juice was settled, inoculated with aromatic yeast and then fermented cold to preserve and enhance aromatics.
