The Nga Pari estate is run in a collaborative manner, working with the local community to ensure the vines are in premium condition and with the assistance of local winemaker Jon McNabb. The family-owned vineyard aims to create wines that show off the local terroir and the exceptional climate for winemaking that is this particular part of Wairarapa. Ripe juicy pear and stone fruit characters with a hint of vanilla. Off dry in style with a rich mouth feel backed by a succulent array of flavours.

The fruit was de-stemmed before being gently pressed to stainless tanks. The juice was settled, inoculated with aromatic yeast and then fermented cold to preserve and enhance aromatics. At the end of fermentation the wine was stabilized, fined and bottled while still young and fresh. Bright fruity aromas of strawberries and apple sherbet. The palate has juicy acidity, contributing to the citrus flavours. The wine is balanced with fruit sweetness for a fresh and lively finish.
