Vibrant dark fruit aromas of baked plum, blackberry, and dark cherry compote. Cocoa dust, red liquorice and butterscotch also add a layer of complexity and sweetness to the nose. Mouth coating dark fruit fills the palate, with hints of leather and black pepper, tannins are soft, round and roll throughout the finish.

Our 2017 Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards yielded the unique fruit and spice nuances that we wanted to capture and express. Thus, individual lots were fermented and oak aged separately until we blended the following spring. One month before bottling a touch of Petite Sirah port, of which we craft only a few barrels, was added to drive the mouth coating depth and fullness of the wine.

A lifted and expressive nose of red and dark-berried fruit, autumn leaves and brown spice such as clove and nutmeg wrapped pulled together by fine oak. The palate is medium bodied and shows delicious berries, spice and fine but firming tannin structure. This is a lovely wine of brightness, lifted fruit and plenty of drive but finishing savoury and long.

Shows vibrant aromas of lifted raspberry and mulberry, with underlying violets and vanilla. Red fruit flavours and spice continue on the palate and combine with subtle oak and soft tannins to produce a perfectly balanced Shiraz.

Black Barn's eight hectares of vineyards are situated on one of the oldest grape-growing areas in New Zealand and produce all of the winery's fruit. Violet florals, a subtle white spice note with an integrated oak background. Vibrant fruit, gentle tannins and soft acidity give a lingering finish.

This Pinot Noir has a deep ruby colour and offers a complex aroma of dark forest fruits, wild thyme and subtle smoke. The palate has flavours of vibrant blackberries and cherries, with a glossy mouthfeel, delicate acidity and plush tannins. Pair with chargrilled meats and game dishes.

This wine has captivating aromas of violet, ripe raspberries, plums, and subtle star anise spices. It has a rich palate of dark berry fruits with a smooth and juicy plush tannin texture. This has superb depth and roundness with a soft, focused finish. Beef Carpaccio is the perfect dish to enjoy with this wine, friends and an afternoon of laughter.

With bright crimson hues, this delicious Syrah is bursting with blue fruits, plum, violets, and spice. There's a lovely earthiness on the palate with notes of raspberry, florals and just a touch of black pepper coming through. Plush tannins and a robust mouthfeel round off the finish. Pair with braised beef and barbecued vegetables.

Serve chilled. Red ruby hue. Aromas of cool redcurrant, early peach and hints of liquorice and nutmeg. The palate has a light, fine and vibrant texture. It's fresh, with early raspberry and cherry stone followed by a mineral lingering finish. This is an un-fined and unfiltered wine with small amounts of sediment and no added sulphur.

From the second oldest family winery in Oz, this is classy, barrel-aged Shiraz. It's from Langhorne Creek, a premium region that's a bit cooler than most, so its wines have freshness to balance that dense blackberry, liquorice-tinged fruit. Superb.

A lifted and perfumed wine with red berry, black olive and plum flavours. Juicy fruit and a generous middle palate with star anise and cinnamon stick nuances. Match with flame grilled porterhouse or braised beef in red wine, served with garlic and thyme roasted mushrooms with polenta.
