Notes of very ripe red fruits (strawberry) and black fruits (black plum). In the background there is a hint of violet on the mouth, young and cheerful. Very fruity, reminiscent of ripe red and black fruit. Pleasant sensation in the mouth. Long, markedly fruity aftertaste. It matches very well with ham tapas, Spanish potato omelette. It can also be combined with rabas (fried squid) and fried fish.
