Max's Cabernet Sauvignon honours this legacy with a refined take on one of Australia's most iconic varieties. Max's Shiraz reflects this legacy with a contemporary interpretation of one of Australia's most celebrated varieties. Aromas of ripe cherries, raspberries, cranberries and plum are layered with notes of white fruit cake, vanilla sponge and savoury Mediterranean influences. The palate is smooth and precise, revealing redcurrant, rhubarb and goji flavours with silky graphite-like tannins and steely acidity. Approachable in its youth, it offers balance, focus and refined texture.

Penkridge Farm lies between the spectacular Pisa Range and Lake Dunstan in the heart of Central Otago. Vintage 2023 delivered a beautiful, high-quality crop from 10/5 and Abel clones. Winemaker Matt has crafted a classically elegant, approachable Pinot Noir with lifted aromas of dark cherry and ripe plum. The palate is medium-bodied with a soft, juicy texture and a finely balanced, food-friendly finish.

Loaded with plum and red berry fruits, this spicy McLaren Vale Shiraz is layered with mocha, oak spice and anise with finely integrated oak. Showing great depth and generosity, the palate is elegant and well defined. The tannins delicately wrap the fruit and guide it along the palate, resulting in a wine of exceptional length and character.

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon parcels sourced from vineyards throughout the Barossa. The fruit is fermented for up to 14 days, then aged for 12 months in a mix of French and American oak. Individual parcels of fruit are matured separately to maximise the blend's complexity and finalised through a selection process. The resulting wine is rich and concentrated with aromas of ripe dark berry fruits, blackcurrants and plums with mint and varietal leafy notes. The palate is plush with flavours balanced by fine, textural tannins.

Vibrant and expressive, the Pepperjack Central Otago Pinot Noir pours a brilliant scarlet with a subtle violet hue. Enticing aromas of juicy plum, dark cherry, and mocha are lifted by a hint of wild thyme, setting the stage for a richly layered palate. Bursting with dark cherry and luscious cassis, this Pinot is balanced by silky tannins and a supple mouthfeel. Savoury cocoa notes and resinous spices from oak and whole bunch fermentation add depth, drawing the red and blue fruits across the palate, melding to a complex and concentrated finish.

Pepperjack Mid strikes a balance between the art of traditional winemaking that Pepperjack is renowned for, and the science of cutting-edge de-alcoholisation and flavour retention technology. Still bursting with quintessential Pepperjack character, this mid-strength wine displays aromas of blackberries and plums with hints of pepper and spice. The palate is rich, round, and soft with concentrated berry fruits and soft velvety tannins.

A tribute to the Barossa's winemaking heritage, Pepperjack is crafted using a blend of traditional techniques and modern flair. Winemaker Richard Mattner - a born-and-bred Barossa local - loves making Pepperjack wines as much as he loves drinking them, especially alongside a great steak. As he says: "Why would I need anything else?" Deep dark red with a vibrant purple rim, the nose bursts with rich aromas of blackberry, blueberry, dark chocolate, mocha, and spice. The palate is plush and layered, delivering concentrated dark fruits, fine tannins, and a soft, lingering finish. Pepperjack Shiraz is a true Barossa classic.

Rich red berry aromatics and underlying spice notes fuse with a delicately structured palate layered with hints of cacao, gorgeously pure fruit, subtle oak and silky tannins. A spicy, brooding aromatic dry red. The bouquet is fragrant with black fruits and loaded with spice and pepper. The palate has dark chocolate and delicate cinnamon oak and finishes with lovely black cherry and plum. Soft sandy ripe abundant tannins frame the finish and herald this as a wine that will age gracefully for many years.
