Hand-harvested in small parcels, the fruit is carefully handled to preserve its freshness and purity. The resulting wine offers a harmonious balance of lush red fruits, delicate spice, and refined tannins, showcasing the depth of their vineyard. Over time, this Pinot Noir will evolve beautifully, rewarding cellaring with greater complexity and depth.

This wine contains a mixture of traditional organic Pinot Noir clones 777, 115, Abel and 667. It was made through minimal handling intervention and the softest touch. Allowing it to show natural expression of terroir balanced with French oak.

Maitre D' Cabernet Sauvignon is a wine with deep red and purple hues and a rich aroma. It's complex and flavourful, with cherry and blackberry notes transitioning into hints of liquorice, cigar box, and mocha, all while maintaining fruit sweetness. This Cabernet is a well-balanced delight.

Mollydooker The Scooter Merlot is fragrant and silky smooth, enticing with a nose full of cherries and forest fruits. The first sip reveals fresh plum and sweet berries, followed by a gentle hint of nutmeg and cinnamon spice. Finely balanced with delicate tannins, it offers a refined complexity that makes this Merlot a true pleasure to enjoy.

Two Left Feet stands out for its lively balance. The Shiraz grape adds depth, while Merlot and Cabernet contribute fragrance and lifted notes.
