In 2014, winemaker Jo Nash discovered an exceptional parcel of Shiraz which was gently crushed and then stored away in some ridiculously expensive French oak barrels to age for 12 months. The Medici Lambrusco colour is intense ruby red. The bouquet is fruity and persistent with violet scent leading to sweet, fruity, fresh, lively and pleasantly harmonious. The froth is fine and rich when poured.

This wine is dark garnet with purple hues in colour. On the nose it is fragrant with violet, red cherry, blackberry, dark plum aromas. A fruit driven wine with concentrated black plum, red cherry and mocha notes. Ample silky fine tannins, toasty oak and a long ripe berry finish.

This wine contains a mixture of traditional organic Pinot Noir clones 777, 115, Abel and 667. It was made through minimal handling intervention and the softest touch. Allowing it to show natural expression of terroir balanced with French oak.
