Bright straw in colour, this energetic sauvignon blanc has explosive aromatics of paw paw, Kaffir lime, capsicum, and stone fruit that mingle with subtle notes of coconut and dill. Pale pink in colour, this Mediterranean style rosé is savoury with aromas of Himalayan pink salt, overlaying nuances of watermelon, persimmon, peach, and wild strawberry. The zesty palate exudes blackcurrant, crushed red berries, sherbet, and a seasoning of umami. This elegant rosé is perfectly poised with a chalky texture, delivering a mouthwatering, generous, and dry finish.

A lovely almond colour in the glass, the nose reveals toasted coconut, fresh pear, and apple strudel aromas. Textured and dry, the wine has roasted almond flavours mingling with fresh thyme, wild fennel, and cinnamon. This multi-layered pinot gris is opulent yet clean and juicy with fresh acidity. Great balance and a waxy mouthfeel are complimented by a beautiful lemonade type texture.

With minimal intervention winemaking, this Chardonnay was naturally fermented and aged for 14 months on yeast lees in seasoned French oak barriques and cuves. Full MLF occurred before being finished unfined and unfiltered with low sulphur. The wine was then aged in bottle for a further 16 months before release. Unfined, unfiltered and vegan.
