For Bourgogne Pinot Noir, typicity is of the utmost importance. This wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from a blend of Côte d'Or, Saône et Loire and Yonne terroirs. Prosper Maufoux Bourgogne Pinot Noir is typical of the Pinot Noir grape variety: a fruity, fresh wine. On the nose, its aromas of blackcurrant and cherry are enchanting. On the palate, its supple tannins confirm its maturity. Its ageing in vats underlines its fruitiness and freshness.

Botanicals Collection is the pinnacle of their achievements at Pyramid Valley, each wine is named after the common colloquial name of the meadow plant dominant in its respective vineyard block. Intense red with purple hues. Intense youthful fresh ripe berry fruit flavours with some well integrated vanillin oak. Full bodied dense ripe berry fruit flavours balanced with vanillin oak but yet long and smooth. Serve with a red wine casserole or a juicy steak with red onion jam. This wine has the flavour, structure and balance to be enjoyed now or offers added satisfaction from further cellaring.

The grapes were picked at between 13.5 to 14.0 Baume to produce the fruit flavours that are required to make this great wine. The grapes were fermented in a mixture of vessels to produce as much colour and flavour as possible. Portion of the wine underwent oak during fermentation and once dry, the remaining went to oak until the right balance was achieved. Careful tasting and blending, by Quarisa's winemaker, help produce this wine of style and great value for money.

A sparkling wine exuding elegance and finesse. Pale yellow with a bouquet of green apple and hints of lime and brioche. On the palate, this is flirtatious and moreish. Enhanced by an invigorating cool, creamy acidity. Focused, cool and crisp with beautiful balance and length.

Ruby-red in colour accompanied by notes of raspberry and spice. Rich and elegant on the palate with ripe plum, cherry and cinnamon. Medium bodied with velvet tannins integrated acidity and a long finish. Very good ageing potential.

This Port exhibits a nuttiness and a complexity not often founds in these types of tawnies. Good to drink chilled as an aperitif as well as after dinner. This Port has been lightly filtered and does not require decanting

This is a new look at Pinot Noir through a white wine lens. Central Otago Pinot Noir grapes were hand-picked and quickly pressed then fermented as white juice. The result is a fresh and energetic white wine perfect for summer and something a little different. The nose displays red apple, honeysuckle, and strawberry. The palate is sweetly fruited, fresh and lively, with notes of red apple, melon and a touch of spice. Best to serve chilled.
