A proprietary estate red blend sourced mainly from the warm, inland soils of Bridge Pa Triangle and Gimblett Gravels. Wonderfully fruited and elegantly complex, the bouquet shows blackcurrant, sweet cherry, cedar, thyme and warm spice aromas, leading to a gorgeously flavoursome palate offering succulent fruit intensity together with silky texture and fine-grained tannins. A delicious, full bodied Hawkes Bay Chardonnay. With minimal oak influence the wine is all about the grape, showcasing peach and citrus flavours so typical of Hawkes Bay Chardonnay. Its flavour profile is a mix of stonefruit, grilled nuts, grapefruit and yeasty nuances. It is both complex and delicious. Ideally suited to rich seafood dishes or white meats such as pork or chicken, but equally delicious as an aperitif or with hard cheeses.

This Merlot based blend grown in the arid, stony soils of the famed Gimblett Gravels has long been a speciality of Esk Valley. With perfectly ripened fruit and custom made concrete fermenters we have produced a smooth and full bodied signature style, bursting with flavours of blackcurrant, dried herbs, plums and blackberry. A beautifully complex wine that can be enjoyed now or will age gracefully for several years.

This is an elegant and delicious style of Pinot Gris with aromas and flavours of baked pear, honey, citrus and apricot. It is mouth-filling and complex, with a hint of residual sugar perfectly balancing the acidity. It finishes long and dry. Can be enjoyed on its own or with soft cheeses, pork, chicken and seafood dishes.
