The wine comes across as dry, but the touch of residual sugar dials the fruit flavours up to 11, which are tempered with a clean minerality and pithy edge. The wine finishes long, with a ripe citrus impression.

Camshorn Pinot Gris has hints of apricot and honeysuckle on the nose, leading to a rich, textural palate. The wine is medium-bodied, with ripe nectarines-and-cream stonefruit balanced by citrus. Enjoy this wine solo or pair with simply roasted chicken or seared firm fish. A meal with warm spice hints will also match well, such as a stir fry with ginger or 5-spice. Crumbly and tangy cheeses will be fantastic, with some sliced pear and walnuts alongside.

Tavernello Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC is an intense red color, tending to garnet with aging. Characteristic aromas of ripe red fruits and spices. The taste is full, warm, dry, pleasantly tannic, excellent persistence on the nose. A robust, full-bodied, important wine. Try Montepulciano d'Abruzzo in combination with spicy meat dishes, game, braised meats.

Tavernello Organico Sangiovese Rubicone IGT is obtained from Sangiovese, the most planted grape variety in Italy. This deep ruby red shows intense fruit aromas of blackberry and luxurious cherry, typical of Sangiovese. Best paired with tomato-based pastas, filled ravioli, hard cheeses and red meats.

Tavernello Organico Syrah Terre Siciliane IGT is a rich and full-bodied red wine, made from Syrah grapes that comes from Sicily, in Southern Italy. Dark cherries and blackberries notes together with flavours of ripe blackcurrant, it is a perfect match to lasagne, spaghetti and meatballs.

An inviting olfactory landscape delineated by hints of red and black cherry, plum and dark chocolate; a touch of black pepper follows. Warm, round, solidly-structured taste with a perfectly blended tannic vein. Closes with traces of licorice.

Carmen can see Frida Kahlo reflected in their wines... Wines that are surprising, inspiring, daring, bright and refreshing, like some of the many characteristics that Frida Kahlo had. This Merlot has a bright ruby red colour. On the nose, notes of fresh red fruits such as cherries and hints of vanilla along with sweet spices such as cloves, can be appreciated. It is a wine of good volume, balanced and with velvety tannins.

A complex nose showing layers of black cherry, cinnamon and cedar. The palate is spice driven with vibrant red cherries supporting the denser more concentrated dark fruits. The weighty structure provides a solid backbone to the wine which follows through to a long cassis and cocoa finish.
