A big, in-your-face wine that proves, once again, how sinfully good Zin can be. Setting the stage with tantalizing aromas of black cherry, raspberries, and blueberries along with hints of oak. Red Knot Cabernet Sauvignon is vibrant in colour with aromas of cassis and chocolate, and a full bodied, richly structured palate of blackberry flavours subtly framed with French and American oak.

The Red Knot Shiraz is vibrant and highly aromatic, displaying ripe berry flavours subtly framed with American and French oak.

Medium deep crimson. Light blackcurrant blueberry aromas with hints of black olive, dried herb and brambly notes. Well concentrated wine with plentiful ripe juicy dark and red fruits, fine tannin, good mid-palate sweetness and fresh long acidity. Vegan friendly.

Full and intense garnet colour. Fruity and spicy aroma reminiscent of small red fruits, cherries in spirit and jam, but also gives suggestions of rose and dried violets, cinnamon and pepper, nutmeg, vanilla and sometimes licorice, cocoa, tobacco and leather. The taste is harmonious with elegant and complex tannins. Elegant and powerful wine.

Ageing select lots in rum barrels enhances the notes of baking spice, brown sugar, vanilla, and cocoa when added to the final blend. Dark chocolate notes carry through to a long, lush finish. A superb accompaniment to spiced meats and poultry, Brie with fig jam, and chocolate desserts.

If you're after a light Shiraz, this is not the red for you. It's inky black and dripping with ripe blackberries, dark chocolate and liquorice underpinned by mocha and spice. The voluptuous, fleshy mouth-feel is laden with velvet smooth tannins and a long, dark chocolate, spicy mocha and vanillin oak aftertaste. If you're keen to cellar, 4-5 years would do it justice. Perfect for your next barbecue or steak night.
