Penkridge Farm lies between the spectacular Pisa Range and Lake Dunstan in the heart of Central Otago. Vintage 2023 delivered a beautiful, high-quality crop from 10/5 and Abel clones. Winemaker Matt has crafted a classically elegant, approachable Pinot Noir with lifted aromas of dark cherry and ripe plum. The palate is medium-bodied with a soft, juicy texture and a finely balanced, food-friendly finish.

Loaded with plum and red berry fruits, this spicy McLaren Vale Shiraz is layered with mocha, oak spice and anise with finely integrated oak. Showing great depth and generosity, the palate is elegant and well defined. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon parcels sourced from vineyards throughout the Barossa. The fruit is fermented for up to 14 days, then aged for 12 months in a mix of French and American oak. Individual parcels of fruit are matured separately to maximise the blend's complexity and finalised through a selection process.
