This easy going and approachable wine is delivering classic aromas characteristic of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Lively gooseberry and ripe capsicum, layered with tropical passionfruit and grapefruit undertones.

Recognising the site of the Marlborough Wine Festival, all Festival Block wines honour this annual celebration of local food and wine and showcase varietals from around New Zealand. Pretty, deep ruby hue with a bouquet of mostly cedar/ smoky oak. It's dry with nice dark fruit character, plum, black currant, spiciness and pithy tannins.

Aromatic nose with outstanding aromas of ripe black fruits such as blackberries and figs. Aromas of crème de cassis meld with mild notes of leather and dark chocolate, which are very characteristic of Syrah from Colchagua. The palate is well balanced with rich acidity, incredibly smooth tannins, tremendous structure, and generous volume.

Aromas of ripe fruit including black and red berries with notes of prunes and crème de cassis. As a result of its 10 months in French oak, it presents good toast intensity with aromas of chocolate, jam, and vanilla, all very well intertwined with the fruit. Ripe dark plums, cherries, violets and spice lead into a wine brimming with ample concentrated fruit flavours of red cherries and raspberries on the palate complimented by soft spices and toasty oak influence. Long to finish with bright acidity and soft ripe tannins.

Crafted with 100% Pinot Noir Grapes, harvested from the Bendigo and Pisa sub-regions of Central Otago. Cool fermentation and partial maturation in neutral oak has led to a wine bursting with fresh watermelon, cherry blossom, and fennel aromas, packed with vibrant strawberry and citrus on the palate, perfectly balanced by mouth-watering, crisp acidity and a lingering finish.

Intense aromas, generous flavours of ripe stonefruit and dry spice, with a touch of citrus, sweet vanilla and subtle oak. Mount Ridge leaned on our cousins across the ditch for the for the fruit for this classic Australian Chardonnay. Following harvest, fruit was gently pressed before settling. Specially selected yeasts were used to start fermentation. From there the wine was delicately matured on oak and lees stirred to impart lovely toasty flavours and a creamy texture.

This wine has aromas of blackberries and cassis with earthy rhubarb notes, complemented by sweet oak. The palate is elegant and finely structured with vanilla and plum on the finish.

An approachable wine with inviting bright fruit flavours and great texture and roundness. The oak influence delivers complexity and great intensity on the palate.

Multifaceted nose, exhibiting vibrant aromas of pink grapefruit, passionfruit, gooseberries and currant with a touch of herbal infusion. Weighty mouthfeel with intense although refined flavours finishing with a crisp, acidity.
