Le Phant Rosé is made from Syrah and Tempranillo grapes, grown in Elephant Hill's Te Awanga and Bridge Pa Triangle vineyards. Left to soak on skins allowing a gentle extraction of colour and flavour. Aged in tank on lees without oak. A juicy and gently fruity wine made from a blend of red varieties offering soft red berry and plum flavours, with just a touch of natural sweetness. Sophisticated, dry French rosé. Pale Provence-style pink, delicately scented by summer fruits (hints of wild strawberry, citrus and white peach) cooled by fresh sea breezes. The bright, elegant palate is at once refreshing, gently sippable and appetisingly moreish.

Doted with lovely pale pink colour, Les Jamelles Clair de Rose is perfectly balanced, fresh, lively and round, with floral and fruity aromas of raspberry and grenadine. Enjoy well chilled (8°C) as an aperitif, with salads, grilled meats, pizza, summer vegetables, or with Asian cuisine. With its pale pink colour, this wine is brilliant in aspect. It is extremely fruity and fragrant, with powerful aromas of strawberry, sour cherry and grenadine along with citrus notes (pink grapefruit). It is extremely fresh and easy-drinking, bold, round and long on the palate with flavours reminiscent of fruit drop candies, peach and redcurrant, finishing on a note of grapefruit.
