Trinity Hill Gimblett Gravels wines are crafted from vineyards within this small, sub-region of Hawke's Bay. Deposited by a wandering river, these unique, stony soils create exceptional wines of character and personality. A Northern Rhône-style white blend - Marsanne brings weight and texture, while Viognier adds freshness and aromatic lift. In the glass it displays ripe stone fruit, subtle floral notes and a gentle hint of spice. On the palate it is smooth and well-balanced, with a dry, lingering finish.

Pink grapefruit, lime zest, mineral wet stone aromatics gives way to a textural and zingy palate, showing bright citrus flavours and a great mouthfeel, finishing with an off dry lingering persistent finish.

Bright straw in colour, this energetic sauvignon blanc has explosive aromatics of paw paw, Kaffir lime, capsicum, and stone fruit that mingle with subtle notes of coconut and dill. Dry and reminiscent of highball gin and tonic, persistent flavours of blackcurrant, banana passionfruit, cucumber, and green olive are revealed alongside bright, mouth-watering acidity. Pale pink in colour, this Mediterranean style rosé is savoury with aromas of Himalayan pink salt, overlaying nuances of watermelon, persimmon, peach, and wild strawberry. The zesty palate exudes blackcurrant, crushed red berries, sherbet, and a seasoning of umami. This elegant rosé is perfectly poised with a chalky texture, delivering a mouthwatering, generous, and dry finish.

A lovely almond colour in the glass, the nose reveals toasted coconut, fresh pear, and apple strudel aromas. Textured and dry, the wine has roasted almond flavours mingling with fresh thyme, wild fennel, and cinnamon. This multi-layered pinot gris is opulent yet clean and juicy with fresh acidity. Great balance and a waxy mouthfeel are complimented by a beautiful lemonade type texture.

With minimal intervention winemaking, this Chardonnay was naturally fermented and aged for 14 months on yeast lees in seasoned French oak barriques and cuves. Full MLF occurred before being finished unfined and unfiltered with low sulphur. The wine was then aged in bottle for a further 16 months before release. Unfined, unfiltered and vegan.
