Deep purple. Boysenberry and mulberry aromas with a hint of cedar and pepper. Similar berry fruits show through on the opulent, textured palate with a lingering finish.

Lifted spice and ripe mulberry/blackberry aromas are complemented with chocolate, cedar and cinnamon on the nose. Well-integrated oak tannin provides flavours of clove and supple texture, which supports the rich plum, blackberry and mocha. The overall structure is supple and generous with fine-grained tannin and a lingering finish.

Gevrey-Chambertin is a wine with a beautiful, bright ruby colour. Intensely fruity on the nose, the aromas are reminiscent of black cherry, wild blackberry and liquorice. The woody character is subtle and marries delicately with the other aromas. As the wine evolves, there are more complex notes, such as mild spice, nutmeg and leather. Later still, mushroom and damp earth nuances make their appearance. Although present on the palate, tannin is never astringent but blends itself harmoniously with the natural freshness and 'gras' (velvety texture) of the wine. The same aromas encountered earlier on the nose are found again in the aftertaste.

A round and seductive wine, appreciated by all wine connoisseurs. With its lively and bright colour, it has intense fruity aromas reminiscent of gooseberry and black currant, evolving towards spicy nuances as the wine gets older. On the palate, there is a nice balance between texture and finesse, with firm but refined tannins. Long and enticing aftertaste, with flavours of very ripe fruit.

They Trekked down to Central Otago to find the very best expression of Pinot Noir. Having had quite a lot of experience with fruit from the area, for us the sub-region of Gibbston shows Pinot Noir in its most finest form, and therefore we went on a mission to source fruit from a stunning little pocket just underneath the very dramatic and imposing Nevis Bluff. Like thier whites; structure, acidity, texture and an element of savouriness are the watchwords that are transposed into this wine, with that classic Gibbston nose of wild herb and briar.

All of the wines in Killerman's Run range have been crafted through careful fruit selection, traditional winemaking techniques, sixteen months maturation in new and seasoned French oak hogsheads and bottling unfiltered to fully enhance the wines character and appeal. Full flavoured, plush and dark, with deep notes of blackberry and blackcurrants, all ensconced in subtle oak and fruit tannins.

With the exception of the 2011 vintage, each year since 1997 we have released the iconic Oracle Shiraz. Crafted from old vine fruit grown along the Golden Hillside in Leasingham, it continues to display the opulence, regional character and varietal power the valley is so renown for.

This wine has a lovely red colour. It is fine, delicate, subtle but still vivid! Tannins are delicate. Aromas of cherry and morello cherry.

This wine has a nice dark colour. It exhales delicious scents of blackberry and raspberry enhanced by hints of spices. It is rich, complex and long on the palate.

A medium bodied Merlot with rich fruit and supple tannins, with a nice touch of mocha and underlying spicy, toasty oak.
