The harvest from these parcels is always carried out later because of the dominant varieties, Cabernet Franc & Cabernet Sauvignon. Careful vinification gives this wine depth, elegance and length in the mouth. The floral bouquet of the Cabernet variety is predominant in the wines youth but develops later towards the more complex aromas of a Grand Vin de Bordeaux. Beautiful deep colour with purple tints. Focused and fruity nose with faint toast in the background. The same fairly elegant aromatic combination flows through to the palate. A very accessible, supple, crisp Bordeaux.

Château de Pez is one of the oldest properties in Bordeaux's Left Bank and consists of 118 continuous acres with 103 acres planted to prime grape varieties, mainly Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Thanks to the quality of its production, Château de Pez is counted among the most highly reputed crus of the Médoc and was reclassified as a Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel in 2003. Originally founded in the 15th century, Château de Pez is one of the oldest properties in Bordeaux's Left Bank and the oldest domaine in Saint-Estèphe. Château de Pez consists of 104 continuous acres with 94 acres planted mainly to Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Very expressive nose of iris, raspberry and cocoa bean. The palate, marked by notes of raspberry and cedar, is smooth and velvety. Full-bodied and well-balanced, a captivatingly wine of fine dimensions, good length and well-integrated tannins.

Started in 1642, Château de Fontarèche is one of the most historical estates in the Languedoc. The Château is surrounded by 160 hectares of vines, which are sustainably farmed. This Merlot has an expressive red fruit character with notes of fresh Mediterranean herbs. The palate is structured around refined tannins and a fruity finish, supported by a fine minerality.

This wine was created in 2001 in honour of Baron Pierre Le Roy de Boiseaumarié. With a blend in which Grenache and Syrah have pride of place, its complexity, opulence and delicate spicy and ripe fruit aromas, the Cuvée du Baron veritably embodies the distinctiveness of their terroir.

Bright garnet colour, this red blend tastes of fleshy and refreshing fruit. Grapes start in vats then spend 6 months aging in oak barrels, giving the wine concentrated register at the entry of the palate with a nice width and a lot of charm.

Château Tour Caillet, the former hunting lodge of the Marquis de Guinot, faces Saint-Emilion on the left bank of the Dordogne. The vineyard, on a plateau overlooking the Dordogne, has been in the family since 1962. Intense, dark red colour. Ripe, fresh fruit on the nose, expressive oak with vanilla and toasty notes. Full, round, powerful and aromatic on the palate. An authentic Bordeaux.

Chocolate, Cassis and mint flavours on the nose. These flavours carry over to the palate with he addition of ripe berry flavours. The parcels of premium Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon used in this wine were open fermented before being gently pressed and racked to barrel.
