Double Brown is a popular full-flavoured brown beer. Available in distinct cans, Double Brown is a reasonably priced beer typically enjoyed by mates in a variety of settings.

A wonderfully drinkable interpretation of a classic English ale. Bookbinder is a blend of four malts combined with two classic Nelson grown European hops (Fuggles and Riwaka). The beer pours an attractive reddish brown, with a cream coloured head. Bookbinder has a sweet, perfumey, malt and hop aroma with a soft, malty, fruit and vinous palate that is both full flavoured and refreshing with a long, gently drying finish.

A hallucinatory, mind-bending, consciousness-expanding, dream-like experience is not what you'll find in this can. It's just a beer, man. But, this cloudy IPA does have a gnarly hit of Riwaka, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops, with a tropical citrus flavour, and a totally piney finish. At least it's a trip for your taste-buds. Far out.

Porter is the oldest commercially brewed style and London Porter was Emerson's first beer. Dark, dry and mellow with some hoppy characteristics, pours a deep brown colour with reddish tints.

The Orange Roughy's scientific name is Hoplostethus atlanticus. Which roughly translates as, hazy, hoppy pale ale with a tropical fruit aroma, citrus flavour, and malty backbone. In the past, the roughy has been subject to unsustainable practices - completely selling out. Thanks to the hard work of our brewers, numbers are now on the rise. Careful you don't exceed your quota, though.

Snow Business is a cold IPA, brewed at chillier than usual temperatures, to be crisp and refreshing. Best served at 8-10 degrees, which probably seems warm to you.
