A lusciously sweet, dark and syrupy dessert wine that beautifully reflects its age, with 'Viejo' character shining through in its deep, rich colour and intensity. Made from sun-dried Pedro Ximénez grapes in Spain's Jerez region, it delivers indulgent aromas and flavours reminiscent of liquid Christmas pudding, packed with raisin, fig, nutty richness and concentrated caramel. The palate is velvety, unctuous and smoothly textured, with lingering sweetness and a long, decadent finish. Best served lightly chilled, it is a perfect match for desserts, poured over ice cream, or paired with blue cheese for a truly indulgent experience.
