Winemaker Richard Mattner - a born-and-bred Barossa local - loves making Pepperjack wines as much as he loves drinking them, especially alongside a great steak. As he says: "Why would I need anything else?" Deep dark red with a vibrant purple rim, the nose bursts with rich aromas of blackberry, blueberry, dark chocolate, mocha, and spice. The palate is plush and layered, delivering concentrated dark fruits, fine tannins, and a soft, lingering finish. Pepperjack Shiraz is a true Barossa classic.

The smallest amount of Viognier transforms the already spectacular ripe, berry Shiraz into a wine of depth, complexity and youthful intensity - true indulgence.

Medium deep crimson. Fresh blackberry and raspberry fruits with a hint of chocolate and vanilla. Plentiful sweet red and dark berry fruits on the palate with fine supple tannins. Vegan friendly.

If you're after a light Shiraz, this is not the red for you. It's inky black and dripping with ripe blackberries, dark chocolate and liquorice underpinned by mocha and spice. The voluptuous, fleshy mouth-feel is laden with velvet smooth tannins and a long, dark chocolate, spicy mocha and vanillin oak aftertaste. If you're keen to cellar, 4-5 years would do it justice. The Saltram No.1 Shiraz is one of the most decorated wines to be made from the Barossa. Sourced from low-yielding vines primarily along the Eastern fringe of the Barossa Valley floor, the wine is a perfect postcard of the strength, power and character that is typical of iconic Barossa Shiraz. Made in traditional style open fermenters and with a deep intensity in both colour and flavour, it is a wine that will never disappoint. Saltram wines have long been known for their richness, intensity, and character: this wine reflects these attributes while exploring the depth of the Barossa.

An expressive Syrah with gentle floral notes that are supported by savoury, umami flavours. The palate is elegant yet juicy and delicious. Fermentation and aging in clay amphorae pot has created a pure expression of Syrah that shows the exciting terroir of the Raupo vineyard, situated in the Omaka Valley of Marlborough.

Blueberry aromas are complemented by dark licorice, chocolate and tobacco. The palate shows good richness with a pleasant acid vein that helps to carry the wine through the mouth to silky tannins.
