Winemaking is a science and an art. Who knows if it was the scientist or the artist that came up with the idea of blending red and white wine, but whoever did was a genius! The smallest amount of Viognier transforms the already spectacular ripe, berry Shiraz into a wine of depth, complexity and youthful intensity - true indulgence.

Medium deep crimson. Fresh blackberry and raspberry fruits with a hint of chocolate and vanilla. Plentiful sweet red and dark berry fruits on the palate with fine supple tannins. Vegan friendly.

Inspired by bourbon, BBQs and good times around the smoker, Rib Tickler Shiraz is a rich, easy-drinking red crafted for hearty food and relaxed occasions. Brimming with ripe blackberry fruit and delicate violet aromas, it is layered with hints of sweet spice and toasted cedar oak from gentle maturation. If you're after a light Shiraz, this is not the red for you. It's inky black and dripping with ripe blackberries, dark chocolate and liquorice underpinned by mocha and spice. The voluptuous, fleshy mouth-feel is laden with velvet smooth tannins and a long, dark chocolate, spicy mocha and vanillin oak aftertaste. If you're keen to cellar, 4-5 years would do it justice. Perfect for your next barbecue or steak night.

The Saltram No.1 Shiraz is one of the most decorated wines to be made from the Barossa. Sourced from low-yielding vines primarily along the Eastern fringe of the Barossa Valley floor, the wine is a perfect postcard of the strength, power and character that is typical of iconic Barossa Shiraz. Made in traditional style open fermenters and with a deep intensity in both colour and flavour, it is a wine that will never disappoint. Saltram wines have long been known for their richness, intensity, and character: this wine reflects these attributes while exploring the depth of the Barossa.

An expressive Syrah with gentle floral notes that are supported by savoury, umami flavours. The palate is elegant yet juicy and delicious. Fermentation and aging in clay amphorae pot has created a pure expression of Syrah that shows the exciting terroir of the Raupo vineyard, situated in the Omaka Valley of Marlborough.

Blueberry aromas are complemented by dark licorice, chocolate and tobacco. The palate shows good richness with a pleasant acid vein that helps to carry the wine through the mouth to silky tannins.

A soft and gently rounded palate with ample rich fruits smoothly laced with bucolic tannins and framed by a keen keel of stirring acidity. Plums and blackberries return along with hints of milk chocolate. The giving blackberry and plum fruit is perfectly counter-weighted by the strangely reassuring gruffness of the tannins.

Full flavoured typical Barossa Shiraz with black pepper, plum, chocolate and a smooth lingering finish. A rich Barossa Shiraz classically made with some extended skin contact to soften the palate. The wine is matured in older American oak barrels for 15 months to allow the fruit aromas to develop and the tannins to naturally soften.
