The history of Licor 43 began in the 1940's when the company started to recreate an ancient Roman recipe known as Liqvor Mirabilis. The Romans banned the production and consumption, but the Carthaginians continued in secret. Nowadays, this elixir inspires the recipe of Licor 43. In the 1960's Spain started to see the arrival of thousands of tourists eager to enjoy the paradisiac climate. All these people discovered Licor 43 and the word of mouth started to spread, now making it the most international premium Spanish liqueur of all time.

Inspired by the spectacular Cape Palliser Lighthouse on the southernmost tip of the North Island, Lighthouse Gin is one of New Zealand's oldest craft gins. Handcrafted with nine botanicals twice distilled and perfectly blended with water filtering from high in the Remutaka Ranges.
