Wonderfully balanced with an off-dry finish, this Pinot Gris is concentrated and full-bodied. Golden yellow in colour with an aroma of of dry fruits and honey. A nice gentle acidity on the pallet with flavours of honey & cooked apricots, which leads to a complex finish.
