This full-bodied Shiraz opens with aromas of boysenberry, black cherry, and lifted florals, accented by hints of white pepper and savoury spice. Since 1849, Yalumba has been crafting wines in the heart of the Barossa, guided by six generations of family winemaking and a philosophy of minimal intervention. The Galway Vintage Shiraz is a beautifully restrained expression, offering aromas of ripe plum, blackberry and dark fruits layered with hints of vanilla, pepper, choc-mocha and sweet spice.
